It takes a lot of work to love someone completely,

It takes a lot of work to love someone completely, to love them by giving them the space they need while fully respecting their unique existence in life. When you make this effort, whether as friends or partners, it creates a strong bond between you that you know will last a lifetime. Silvia, whose art and character I have great respect for, is one of the most precious things Italy has given me. The dialogues between an artist and a writer, as you know, involve existential pains, questioning and a bit of sentimentality, and every second of these dialogues with Silvia was precious to me. I wanted to thank her once again in front of you with these photographs I took in Rome last month.

While reading the novel *Blindness* by Jose Saramago, I could not help but reflect on the role of light in our lives. Light, which we often take for granted, is what allows us to see and understand the world. With these archival photographs, I wanted to pay homage to light, a symbol of knowledge, hope and life.
